Lawyer · Entrepreneur · Ontario, Canada

I build law firms. Then I build the systems that let them run without me.

Managing Lawyer, entrepreneur, and the person other law firm owners call when they're ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own business.

About

The same instinct for structure and systems, applied to firms — and to organizations.

I'm a lawyer and entrepreneur based in Ontario. I got my JD from Hofstra Law in 2014, I've been litigating for over a decade, and I'm licensed with the Law Society of Ontario.

Somewhere along the way, practicing law stopped being the only thing I built — I started building the firms themselves: the entity structure, the compliance, the intake process, the marketing engine, the operations that let a firm grow without every decision running through one person.

I practice real estate, family, corporate, civil litigation, and wills & estates law, and I currently manage law firms in Ontario.

Outside the practice, I spend a lot of my time on governance and community-building work — the same instinct for structure and systems, applied to nonprofits instead of firms.

What I've built

Ontario

Ramachandran Law Professional Corporation

My Ontario firm — real estate, corporate, civil litigation, and wills & estates. Built from the ground up, now hiring a new lawyer roughly every six weeks.

Family law boutique

Serene Law Professional Corporation

A family-law boutique I split off to focus specifically on settlement-oriented, access-to-justice family law. Proof that a firm can specialize without losing momentum.

Community & governance

I've spent years on governance and advisory work for organizations I believe in. I was a founding board member of the Tamil Community Centre, where I helped secure a city land lease, a $26M CAD federal/provincial grant, and the organization's charitable status.

I've also held Executive Vice President and Vice President of Internal Affairs roles with the CTCC, and served five years as a director of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade.

If you're building or restructuring a nonprofit and want a second set of eyes on governance, that's work I do.

Coming soon: coaching for law firm owners

Everything above — the entities, the compliance, the intake systems, the marketing engine, the operations — I've built more than once.

I'm turning that into a structured program for other law firm owners: a framework covering architecture, compliance, financial systems, intake, marketing, operations, and follow-up, in tiers from a self-serve resource library up to a hands-on build-out.

It isn't live yet. Leave your email and you'll be the first to know when it opens.
